Bharatesh Homoeopathic Medical College was established in 1982 under able leadership of our founder chairman Late Shri. Komalanna Doddannavar, his dream of establishing B.H.M.S. was taken real shape with the strength of our most beloved founder Dean Dr. S. D. Bhomaj, who is living example of discipline, dedication and determination. The institute which did not had its own premises has today grown to greater heights with its own college building for UG and PG with independent departments, Hospitals, PG research centre, Bharatesh Specialities Clinics well established Bharatesh Hospital in the campus.

Parshwanath Doddanavar Bharatesh College of Nursing is located within Gopal Jinagouda Bharatesh Hospital Campus close to Suvarna Vidhana Soudha. The aim of the college is providing good quality education in the field of nursing. The college operates with the objective of assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing education that is given to the students within the college campus. The college also looks forward to participating in the form of a member of the health team in preventing, promoting and rehabilitating health care services. Demonstrating good skills in administration, communication, teaching and interpersonal skills is also one of the most important objectives of the college.
